By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Manor House that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:
We have incorporated booking engine of Exely software to take your reservation quickly by selecting the required rooms, dates, prices etc. are all visible online and the booking can be confirmed by making at least 50% payment. We have already incorporated 50% discount on the Room Only prices as a promotion.
Along with the reservation, Guest should pay either in Full or 50% of the total accommodation cost. In case of Guests, who pays 50% along with the reservation, Balance 50% should be paid at the time of check-in.
Checkout up to 18.00hrs will be charged 50%of room rate. Checkouts later than 18.00hrs will be charged full rate.

Applicable Booking Terms and Conditions for your booking are those that were in force on the date shown on your performa invoice. Booking Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without warning at our own discretion. The latest Booking Terms and Conditions are displayed on our website. These booking conditions are devised for the protection of all parties. Manor House trades under Sri Lankan laws. "We" or "the company" in these booking conditions refers to the company responsible for your booking contract (see above). Any use of the manorhouse.com website, or any written communication with us, for the purposes of travel arrangements, confirms that you are aged 18 or over.
In the case of all bookings, your booking will be confirmed by the issue of an performa invoice. Payment of deposit confirms that you have read and accept our booking conditions. If you fail to meet the payment deadlines stated on the performa invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will inform you of this. Bookings should be paid either by
(I) On-line credit/debit card payment.
(II) Bank transfer: full details in our FAQs.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
